Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
¼ cup berries (blueberries, raspberries or strawberries or all three!)
1 cup spinach
½ tablespoon turmeric
1 chunk of peeled ginger
2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds
Almond milk
*optional protein powder and collagen powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Pour almond milk covering all of the ingredients.
Blend and enjoy!
