Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • ¼ cup berries (blueberries, raspberries or strawberries or all three!) 

  • 1 cup spinach 

  • ½ tablespoon turmeric 

  • 1 chunk of peeled ginger

  • 2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds  

  • Almond milk 

*optional protein powder and collagen powder 


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Pour almond milk covering all of the ingredients. 

Blend and enjoy!
