Meet Maria
The Founder of Miala

When the idea for Miala first came to me, I was at a really difficult moment in my endo journey.

I had been to multiple doctors with no answers. I had been on multiple pills with no answers. I was struggling to find something that not only worked for me but was accessible to me. I knew that I had to take matters into my own hands and I knew that food was the easiest and best way to do that. So, I jumped right into a Holistic Nutrition program. I didn't want women to have to suffer the way that I did, searching high and low for the information they needed.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 27 years old. A full 11 years after noticing that something was taking a turn with my period pain. It was a long and emotional journey and one that I'm still on today.

Today I am focused on building Miala, educating and empowering women, spending time with my family, friends and my little pup.
