Gluten Free Chicken and Spinach Pasta topped with Parmesan
Ingredients
gluten free pasta
1 pack of organic ground chicken
1 cup spinach
olive oil
salt
pepper
parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to instructions on the package. In a separate pan, cook the ground chicken on medium heat, stirring frequently and adding in salt and pepper. Cooked until brown all the way through. Once cooked place in spianch and a dab of oilive oil. Cook until wilted down.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and top wit sliced parmesan right away so it melts right into your pasta!
