Buckwheat is a grain that is referred to as a pseudocereal, meaning, its a seed that doesn't grow on grass. Much like quinoa, one of the amazing benefits of this grain is that it is gluten-free! ( I know the name can be kind of contradictory). Buckwheat is essential as it contain high amounts of minerals and antioxidants. It is also essential for maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.
